Is Italian melamine actually shatterproof?

Yes. Service-grade melamine doesn’t shatter on impact — it can chip on a hard fall onto concrete but doesn’t break into shards like porcelain or glass. Safer for poolside, patios, and family entertaining.

Can I put melamine in the microwave?

No. Italian melamine is not microwave-safe and not for hot foods or liquids over 70°C / 160°F. Use porcelain dinnerware for hot dishes — see Italian porcelain.

Will Italian acrylic glassware fade in the sun?

Optical-grade acrylic from Baroque & Rock, Crystal Touch, Aqua, and Cheers is UV-stable for normal outdoor use. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight at temperatures above 70°C — surfaces can soften.

Can I leave outdoor tableware out overnight?
